The AHS Teaching Academy, the Center on Health Aging and Disability, and the Faculty Mentoring Program have joined forces to present the 2010 Educational Brown Bag Series.
This series is intended to provide faculty with a variety of practical skills in three important areas: research, teaching, and mentoring. The sessions address a wide range of topics. Here are the sessions scheduled for spring semester:

The Center on Health, Aging, and Disability and Health and Wellness Initiative will sponsor its 3rd annual research symposium on Monday, April 5. This all-day event will be held at the I Hotel and Conference Center.
The Center on Health, Aging, and Disability (CHAD) supports interdisciplinary research, education, and outreach addressing the many facets of health, wellness, and quality of life. CHAD is housed in the College of Applied Health Sciences, and involves faculty from all the College’s departments.
The Health and Wellness Initiative is a campus-wide effort to advance Illinois’ health and wellness research efforts.
