Faculty Research

Research

Research is focused on improving health and well-being across the lifespan with college-wide research initiatives in the areas of aging and disability. Many faculty members have been chosen to receive the highest honors accorded in their fields. Research in the College is coordinated and supported by the Center on Health, Aging, and Disability, an interdisciplinary research center that identifies innovative research themes and provides research support to faculty in AHS.

An indication of significant faculty research activity is the high percentage of AHS faculty serving as Principal Investigators. Additionally, many research projects have been featured in the media and on the web.
