Faculty Profile

I have taught numerous classes within the department of Kinesiology and Community Health including Foundations of Health Behavior, Health Care Systems, Environmental Health, Introduction to Public Health, and have been involved in many others. I coordinatethe Community Health Internship program as well. With my research I facilitate peer-developed and peer-delivered exercise programs for individuals with multiple sclerosis. My goals are to provide access to exercise opportunities in a way that allows for greater autonomy, increased social support and reduced apprehension regarding disability.
