The mission of the Office of Campus Life, within the Division of Disability Resources and Educational Services (DRES), at the University of Illinois is to provide opportunities for students with disabilities to pursue their goals for athletic, recreational, leisure and personal achievement and well-being, utilizing responsive, state-of-the-art programs and services; collaborative partnerships; and, innovative research and outreach activities within a supportive and stimulating environment.

Quiet/Tranquility Spots on Campus

Feeling stressed out or overwhelmed?  Need a place to meditate or re-center yourself?  The Undergraduate Library has two Reflection Rooms to be used for meditation or prayer.  The rooms are equipped with different and user controlled lighting, a sound machine, and rocking chair.  Here is a description.

The Undergraduate Library also has Tranquility Kits which contain a variety of items including all spectrum lights, noise canceling headphones, and fidget toys.
