Dr. Gothe is the Director of the Exercise Psychology Lab that explores the bio-psycho-social health benefits of physical activity across the lifespan. Her research agenda has focused on promoting physical activity, including non-traditional modes such as yoga, as a means to improve health and quality of life. Dr. Gothe’s research is funded by the National Institutes of Health and she mentors Masters and Doctoral students. Undergraduate students across campus can also participate in research experience and credit opportunities in the Exercise Psychology Lab.
