Eric Boyle
Director, ITS Business Operations, AARP
Eric Boyle is the Director of AARP’s IT Business Operations and The Tech Nest at the Research Park of U of I. He has more than 20 years’ experience leading teams globally, as well as multi-industry experience in defense and non-profit. He currently serves as a leader in AARP’s technology and business transformation organizations. Eric holds a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and his primary focus at work is continuously improving organizational transformation, strategy, and innovation capabilities.
