External Advisory Committee Member

Luke Sullivan is Vice President for Specialty Care Services, at the Carle Health System located in Champaign-Urbana, Illinois – home of the University of Illinois. Mr. Sullivan previously served as the Director of the Carle Neuroscience Institute and Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. Prior to joining Carle, Mr. Sullivan worked for KaufmanHall – a healthcare consulting firm based in Chicago – and specialized in physician strategy and operations.  He also spent time at Rush University and the University of Chicago Medicine in a number of strategic and operational positions.  Mr. Sullivan is a guest lecturer at the University of Illinois in the Community Health and Master of Health Administration programs. 

Mr. Sullivan received a Master of Business Administration in Finance from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois, and earned a Master of Science in Health Systems Management from Rush University in Chicago, Illinois. His bachelor’s degree in Community Health is from the University of Illinois in Urbana, Illinois.
