Katelyn Talbott is the Assistant Director of the Health Technology Education Program in the Department of Kinesiology and Community Health. In this role, she oversees the MS in Health Technology, the Interdisciplinary Health Technology Undergraduate Minor, the Health Technology Undergraduate Certificate, and the Health Technology Professional Education Program (coming soon!).

Katelyn started working at Illinois in 2017 and during this time has worked with undergraduates in the Division of General Studies as an academic advisor, MS students in Library and Information Sciences as a graduate academic advisor, and Information Sciences Ph.D. students as Coordinator of Student and Academic Affairs. Katelyn completed her doctoral degree in 2021 with her dissertation focusing on the retention of online career change masters students. She continues her work to support graduate and undergraduate students each day by reducing barriers to student success. When away from the office, Katelyn and her husband enjoy time with their dogs and traveling.
