Students who are currently enrolled at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign who transfer to a different undergraduate program on the same campus are considered intercollegiate transfers (ICT). Students who have completed one year (or one semester for transfer students) in their admitted program of study are eligible to apply to transfer to the College of Applied Health Sciences.

Details on the application and transfer process for students interested in the College of Applied Health Sciences are outlined at meetings each fall and spring semester.

Prospective AHS ICTs should be aware that applying and meeting stated criteria does not guarantee transfer. Admission to AHS programs is competitive and may be limited due to enrollment maximums.

To be admitted for the spring 2025 term:

• The eighth Friday of the fall semester (Oct. 18, 2024)
• Jan. 1, 2025

To be admitted for the fall 2025 term:

• The eighth Friday of the spring semester (March 14, 2025)
• If seeking summer 2025 term admission, please apply by the March 14, 2025 deadline. If admitted, notify your academic advisor that you wish to be admitted for the summer term.
• June 1, 2025
• The first Friday of the fall semester (August 29, 2025)

Intercollegiate transfer applicants who apply at the beginning of the semester can expect to receive an admission decision within a week after the posted deadline. Applicants who apply during the mid-semester period can expect to receive a decision within a month after the posted deadline.
