Mina Woo, Ph.D. candidate, aims to contribute to understanding and providing diverse leisure services to people across the life course. Currently, she focuses on leisure across the life course, particularly women in mid and later life, and work experiences of employees in recreation organizations to provide healthy leisure and recreation programs for people across the life course. She is involved in several research projects with Dr. Liechty, including building and distributing disability training for instructors in recreation organizations to make an inclusive atmosphere for people with disabilities to engage in physical activity in community programs.
