EXTERNAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEMBER

Morgan Savage currently serves as a Quality Improvement Engineer at Memorial Health, an integrated non-profit health system in Springfield, Illinois. In this role, as an American Society of Quality certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Ms. Savage utilizes process improvement methodologies and data analysis to optimize patient outcomes and enhance operational efficiencies throughout the Memorial health system.

Ms. Savage graduated from Illinois State University in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, followed by a master’s degree in Health Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2022. In her postgraduate work, Ms. Savage completed an Administrative Fellowship at Memorial Health. As Administrative Fellow, Ms. Savage was selected by the National Association for Healthcare Quality to be recognized in a professional poster for her efforts in the research and development of a Short Stay Unit at Springfield Memorial Hospital.

In addition, Ms. Savage serves as a member of the Communications Committee within the Midwest Association of Healthcare Executives Forum ACHE chapter, developing professional development content for healthcare professionals in 71 counties across central-southern Illinois.
