Kshitij Tewari is a doctoral student in the Department of Recreation, Sport and Tourism at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Under the able guidance of Dr Mariela Fernandez, he is exploring the intersections of Leisure studies and Queer/Trans Studies. His research interests are Environmental Justice, Green Gentrification, Leisure constraints negotiation, Outdoor Recreation, Acculturation and Social Justice.
